Compensation: $46,500 base plus 25 percent commission on new members, percent commission on retained members, growth bonus

 Reporting to the CEO of the association, Maria will drive membership growth, reorganize the membership department, re-establish growth initiatives, develop and implement a marketing and imaging plan, and oversee trade show growth and development. She's thrilled. Here are excerpts from her comments:
